How Your Wristband Works
Your wristband is activated the first time it is scanned by a BoriTrolley team member and remains valid for one continuous 4.5-hour period. During this time, you may board and re-board at any official BoriTrolley stop. The validity period cannot be paused or restarted. Once it expires, a new wristband must be purchased to continue using the service.
Cancellation Summary
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled experience to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours, no-shows, and partially used wristbands are non-refundable. Please review our complete Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
Boarding Information
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your intended departure. Present your digital confirmation or printed voucher if requested. Boarding and disembarkation are available only at official BoriTrolley stops and are subject to vehicle capacity.
Accessibility
Every BoriTrolley vehicle is fully ADA accessible. Our team is happy to assist guests with boarding whenever needed.
